HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Every item is made to order to preserve the freshness of the product.
Processing time is currently around 3-5 business days (M-F) + shipping
time (varies by destination). Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number!

PROCESSING TIMES VS SHIPPING TIMES?

PROCESSING TIME = the time it takes to prepare & ship your order.
SHIPPING TIME = the time it takes your package to get to you once it has been picked up from our facility (time varies depending on destination).

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost is based on weight and will be calculated at checkout.

WHAT CARRIER IS USED FOR SHIPPING?

All items are shipped via USPS. Upgraded USPS Priority Shipping is
available for an additional charge (normal processing times apply).

DO YOU OFFER RUSH SHIPPING?

Yes! For US orders, we have a rush shipping option available at checkout that guarantees your order will leave our facility within 2 business days via USPS Priority Shipping (normal shipping times apply).

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S BEEN PLACED?

We will try our best to accommodate your requests, but if an order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.
