HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Every item is made-to-order to preserve the freshness of the product. Processing time is currently around 3-5 business days (M-F) + shipping time (varies by destination). Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number!

PROCESSING TIMES VS SHIPPING TIMES?

PROCESSING TIME = the time it takes to prepare & ship your order.
SHIPPING TIME = the time it takes your package to get to you once it has been picked up from our facility (time varies depending on destination).

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S BEEN PLACED?

If you'd like to make any changes to your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@subzerosweetsupply.com or use the contact form to get in touch. We will try our best to accommodate your requests, but if an order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and all major credit/debit cards.

HOW DO I APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE?

Discount codes must be entered at checkout. Only one code is allowed per transaction. 

DO YOU HAVE A BRICK AND MORTAR SHOP?
